Little LUX is dedicated to offering a high level of Customer Service. If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Collection can be arranged which will incur costs of £20 from your refund amount.

Please check your order upon receipt to ensure the item is the correct one you ordered. If after 14 days you discover the item to be incorrect you may be charged a re-stocking fee.

Please contact us to arrange the return of your goods. Please have your original order number to quote as proof of your purchase.

To qualify for a refund, the item/s must be in their original packaging, in an unused condition, complete with all parts and accessories. You will need to obtain a returns number to complete your returns form which needs to be enclosed in the parcel.

Please be advised, that as above, you will need to obtain a return reference number, which will need to be enclosed in the parcel, before posting the item back to us.

For all other orders customers will need to return the item at their own cost, unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item.
